Privacy policy

Scope
This policy covers the Unforged iOS app, also called 无锻者, published by Lumiora Labs Inc. It also explains support contact and this companion website. It does not describe separately hosted browser versions of the game.
Game data and local saves
Your save slots, progress, preferences and game state are kept on your device. The app does not send them to a Lumiora server. Saves may be included in backups managed by iOS and your Apple settings. We do not operate an account or cloud-save service.
Export, import and deletion
You can export a save through the iOS share sheet and choose the destination yourself. The app does not automatically upload the exported file. Imported files are read to restore game progress. You can remove saves using the game’s save management controls or remove the app and its local data through iOS. Exported copies and device backups must be managed separately in the services where you keep them.
No ads, tracking or sensitive permissions
The app contains no ads or in-app purchases and does not use cross-app tracking. It does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts or photo-library access. In-app feedback delivery and Game Center are disabled in this release.
Support you choose to send
If you email hello@lumiora.ai, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request and investigate the reported issue. Do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information. Contact the same address to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable record-keeping obligations.
This website and platform services
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Visiting it may involve processing connection information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information to deliver and protect the site. The site does not include our own analytics scripts, advertising pixels or account forms. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices. Apple may separately process App Store, TestFlight, diagnostics or device-backup information under its own policies and your Apple settings.
Children
The app does not collect personal information through gameplay, including from children. The applicable content age rating is displayed on the App Store. Please avoid including a child’s personal information in a support message unless necessary to handle the request.

本地存档
存档、进度、偏好设置及游戏状态保存在你的设备上，应用不会将它们发送到 Lumiora 服务器。iOS 可能根据你的 Apple 设置将存档纳入设备备份。我们不提供账号或云存档服务。
导出、导入与删除
你可以通过 iOS 分享面板导出存档，并自行选择接收位置；应用不会自动上传导出文件。导入文件用于恢复游戏进度。可通过游戏内存档管理删除存档，或通过 iOS 移除应用及其本地数据。已导出的副本及设备备份需在对应的存储服务中另行管理。
广告、跟踪与权限
游戏不含广告和应用内购买，不进行跨应用跟踪，不请求相机、麦克风、定位、通讯录或照片图库权限。当前版本禁用了应用内反馈发送和 Game Center。
主动联系支持
当你向 hello@lumiora.ai 发送邮件时，我们会收到邮箱地址、邮件内容及你主动提供的附件，用于回复请求和排查问题。请勿发送密码、支付资料或无关个人信息。如需删除支持往来邮件，请联系同一邮箱；依法需要留存的记录除外。
网站与平台服务
本网站托管于 Cloudflare。访问网站时，Cloudflare 可能为交付和保护网站而处理 IP 地址、请求网址及浏览器信息等连接数据。网站未加入我们自己的分析脚本、广告像素或账号表单。请参阅 Cloudflare 隐私政策。Apple 可能依据其政策及你的 Apple 设置，单独处理 App Store、TestFlight、诊断或设备备份信息。
儿童
应用不会通过游玩过程收集个人信息，包括儿童的个人信息。内容年龄分级以 App Store 展示为准。除处理请求确有必要外，请勿在支持邮件中提供儿童的个人信息。
