When reporting a problem

• Include the app version/build, device model and iOS version.
• Describe what happened, what you expected and the steps before the issue.
• A screenshot can help. Remove personal information before sharing it.
• Do not uninstall the game to troubleshoot a save problem: progress is stored locally. Export a backup first when possible.

Controls and saves

Play in landscape orientation. Use the touch movement controls and active ability buttons; basic attacks fire automatically. Start with the guided training to learn movement, gear and crafting.

Save slots live on your device. Export a save from save management to keep a separate copy; import a compatible save to restore it. There is no account-based cloud synchronization.

Privacy

The iOS game does not collect personal data through gameplay. Email support is optional. Read the full privacy policy.

排查存档问题时，请不要先卸载应用。游戏进度保存在本机，可以操作时请先导出一份备份。

操作与存档

游戏使用横屏触控操作。普攻自动攻击，移动与主动技能由你控制。初次游玩可从锻炉演练开始学习操作与装备合成。

存档保存在本机，可在存档管理中导出独立副本或导入兼容存档。游戏不提供基于账号的云同步。
